First of all, wanted to thank everyone for taking the time to read our looong e-mail, and hopefully you're all considering taking part in the challenge. Nothing like a little healthy competition to get us in shape!
Over the next few days I'll be accumulating ideas/recommendations for those taking part in the challenge, which I'll start posting on Monday. As Kristen mentioned, we'll also be posting recipes, fun/different workouts, etc., so check back here frequently :)

Bring it on!
aaaaaalrighty...... here we go!
Nicole and I decided after our vacations that we needed a little extra motivation to get it in gear. We're telling anyone interested to determine for yourself what a "workout" consists of, including a few that are very lowkey for at least two days of the week...and do it for 30 days with us!
That means if you miss a day, you have to complete two workouts another day.
Got it? GOOD!
I'm hoping we'll learn a lot from each other about getting healthy and active :)
