Welcome!

First of all, wanted to thank everyone for taking the time to read our looong e-mail, and hopefully you're all considering taking part in the challenge. Nothing like a little healthy competition to get us in shape!

Over the next few days I'll be accumulating ideas/recommendations for those taking part in the challenge, which I'll start posting on Monday. As Kristen mentioned, we'll also be posting recipes, fun/different workouts, etc., so check back here frequently :)

And if you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact either of us.

  1. Thanks K&N for setting this up, and for the ideas you'll be posting! I'll be doing a walk/run combo for the first week before I get back into running. My goal is to be able to run a mile comfortably in a few days. can't wait! :)
