Bring it on!

aaaaaalrighty...... here we go!



Nicole and I decided after our vacations that we needed a little extra motivation to get it in gear. We're telling anyone interested to determine for yourself what a "workout" consists of, including a few that are very lowkey for at least two days of the week...and do it for 30 days with us!

That means if you miss a day, you have to complete two workouts another day.

Got it? GOOD!


I'm hoping we'll learn a lot from each other about getting healthy and active :)
Start date Monday April 5th... stay tuned...

  3. I did a boot camp class last night and actually made it through the hour with only almost getting sick. Kim 1 Boot Camp 0. Let's see who wins round 2.

  7. Yeah! I'm so excited :) It's gonna be tough to manage with a 3 month old, but I'm so ready. We're off to Maui on May 16th, and I want to feel great! Let's face it, a post baby body, even with the extra pounds gone, is JUST not the same. So my ultimate goal is just to feel like I'm back in shape with more energy and sleeping better at night. And to do something that's just for me once a day!
