Day 15: Halfway there!

Hope everyone had a nice, relaxing weekend. As you all know – today is weigh-in. As much as I don’t want to, I will go ahead and post my results for last week: 0. That’s right folks, I did not lose or gain any weight last week. I’m gonna go ahead and consider that a ‘win’, since I didn’t gain anything, yet ate LOTS of pancakes this weekend. LOL

    results this week = %1.00 ugh
    not great but still trucking through. I've got a new good plan that I feel really good about and so far haven't missed a single workout, yay!
