Sounds like a lot of us are having trouble eating healthy these days. I know I definitely am and I really need to work harder at this. I'm trying to find the strength to stay AWAY from the junk food. Anyone have any helpful suggestions? Good healthy snack ideas? I get bored kind of quickly with plain old fruit.

I'm no help here. I keep a jar of peanut butter stashed in my desk for emergencies. Typically, there's an emergency every afternoon around 3 p.m.
